For over 30 years, Bonanza Education has helped people understand finance, profitability, and business through its unique training concept ”The Visual Language of Finance”. Now, Bonanza is looking for another training consultant to join us on our continued growth journey.

About the role

As a training consultant, you are responsible for planning, adapting, and delivering training sessions for various target groups. You help participants understand finance, business logic, and economic principles in a way that is both relevant and engaging.

The role involves many points of contact and is perfect for someone who enjoys training different professional groups, driving engagement, and building long-term client relationships.

In the long term, there are also opportunities to contribute to business development and the evolution of Bonanza's training concepts.

Your responsibilities

• Educate and inspire participants based on Bonanza's methodology

• Plan, adapt, and conduct training sessions

• Create engagement in both physical and digital training sessions

• Adapt content to target audiences and customer needs

• Identify development and business opportunities

• Contribute to the development of Bonanza's training concepts

We are looking for someone who

• Academic degree in business administration

• Strong understanding of business relationships

• Ability to explain business concepts, relationships, and key performance indicators in a simple and educational way

• Fluent in both Swedish and English

• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Office suite, especially PowerPoint)

• Experience with digital meeting platforms, such as Teams

We believe that you currently work or have previously worked as, for example:

• Business Advisor

• Bank Advisor

• Controller

• Financial accountant

• Business-focused accountant

It is a merit if you:

• Have experience in training, either in a physical classroom or digitally

• Have experience in sales or business development

• Speak additional languages
