About the role

In the role of Trainer and Business Developer, you will have varied and stimulating responsibilities. You will:

  • Teach and engage: Plan, adapt, and deliver engaging training sessions using our unique and proven training concept.
  • Drive business development: Identify new market opportunities, develop our existing training concepts, and adapt them to customer needs.
  • Sell and network: Building long-term relationships with companies and organizations, as well as driving sales processes.

Who Are You?

To succeed and thrive in this role, we expect you to have:

  • Academic Background: A university degree in economics
  • Passion for Pedagogy: A burning interest in pedagogy and a genuine desire to see people grow and develop.
  • Business Acumen: Commercial understanding with the ability to identify business opportunities and translate them into action.
  • Social Skills: You are a natural relationship builder who thrives in public settings and easily builds trust.
