Our journey began in the 1990s with an insightful CFO and a major challenge.
Everyone in the organization, from receptionists to warehouse workers, needed to understand the company’s finances to contribute to its success—but in a way that was engaging and fun. That’s when work began on creating a new visual method to understand and communicate the financial situations and challenges.
Inspired by board games, visualizations, and a strong desire to make finance accessible for all, the foundation of what is now Bonanza's method was created. The first pilot programs exceeded expectations.
