Gasoline or hotdogs - what drives the station's profitability?

After that Bonanza had driven a few courses in our district managers, we concluded that our employees at the stations would get a hefty duvning in the economy that they could have benefited from robust. On a conference trip to Malta for 220 people was the main numbers and basic seminars on economics, business and profitability, and workshops with a business game specially adapted for us at Preem. Participants were divided into small groups and exchanged between the seminar and the fictional reality game for three half days.

 

Take-off distance was very short and both the energy and desire were on top from day one. Competitive instinct in the game business was a huge motivator. And when participants continued to talk viability even over evening beers, only to sum up: Success!
