Franchise School for insurance sales

When we offer sellers in the business of Life and Cause to become self-employed on a franchise basis, the requirement - no matter how good they are for our products - they are going to have our franchise schools. Being a seller is one thing, to become self something else entirely. The difference is shortly: Understanding a company's own economy, so you understand the customers. This shift has Bonanza played a very important role.

 

The first step focused on economy grounds, and began with something as mundane as the private economy - a successful educational approach. The second step was a question of playing down its economy - to move hemtamt with concepts such as performance, balance sheet, liquidity and financial statements. The third step was devoted to understand and analyze customer business accounts in order to do a better sales job.

 

This effort has given impetus to our entire franchise concepts. We also use BonanzaGraf as an easy means to evaluate and compare different industries.

 

Employee ratings of training was 10 points on a scale.
