Financial literacy is vastly underappreciated and too often made difficult to understand! Our open programs allow participants from various backgrounds and business models to work together to build a better understanding of business finances. Open programs are geared towards individuals who desire the tools to be able to read, understand and apply business finance practices on a daily basis. Our open programs are engaging, interactive, fun, and creative. At the end of the program, participants will walk away with an understanding of balance sheets, income statements, cash flow and how each apply to everyday business!

Since 1991, Bonanza has focused on the Keys to Business Finance. With participants from all over the world, Bonanza has helped establish a “global visual language" with regards to business finance. Participants from manufacturing companies, financial institutions, technology-based companies, retail companies and more have all helped us to develop a Financial Literacy Program that reaches all types of people and their learning styles. Our programs are designed so participants are actually put in charge of a company, drawing on real life business successes, as well as, set-backs with the expectation of producing profitable results.
