Aleris is one of the leading private players in healthcare and nursing. Finance and budgetary responsibilities are delegated to the various treatment units managers. One of our declared leadership is that you can work and think about business, but historically it has not been obvious in these management positions.

Several managers thought the economy was difficult, if not frightening. So we grabbed it. And it went surprisingly quickly. I felt true to Bonanza pedagogy from my time at Vodafone, but that it also works well for our type of activity is demonstrated by the Heads of the new attitude - to understand a budget, interpret ratios and work with the internal reporting has been fun.
